Meals on Wheels Chatham-Kent promotes health and independence by providing balanced nutritious and appealing meals to people in need of our services, to build a stronger, caring community. Our clients include seniors, people recovering from illness or surgery, and people with disabilities.
Who we are
Meals on Wheels Chatham-Kent is a LHIN (Erie St. Clair Local Health Integration Network) funded program we have partnered with volunteers and existing Meals on Wheels initiatives throughout our Municipality to promote wellness, health and independence through transportation and nutritious meal service benefiting our community. These communities include Blenheim, Chatham, Dresden, Ridgetown and surrounding areas.
By working together, our goal is to simplify the registration and meal ordering process for new and current Meals on Wheels clients throughout our Municipality. Referrals are not necessary to enroll in the Meals on Wheels Chatham-Kent program. One phone call to 519-351-MEAL (6325) is all you need to access the services of Meals on Wheels Chatham-Kent.
